About Me
I have spent the past 25 years working with business leaders to ‘Translate Strategy Into Action’. I began my career as a management consultant coaching entrepreneurs and leaders of owner operated business on developing and executing growth strategies. For the past 16 years, I have worked as an internal consultant in larger organisations focussed on Operational Excellence and Strategic Transformation. A common thread throughout my career has been coaching leaders and aspiring leaders on how to develop themselves and their teams to achieve higher levels of Operational Excellence.
Over the past three years, I have gone on to secure my Professional Certificate in Coaching from the Henley Business School and have been providing 1:1 personal coaching to Senior Leaders and Aspiring Leaders. I bring an evidence-based approach to my coaching that is heavily underpinned by psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness.
In addition to workplace coaching, I am a Level 2 British Triathlon Coach and currently a member of the coaching team at the Farnham Triathlon Club.
